Sessions Policy

“Life Shift”

This language appears in our signed contract and the standards and our signed agreements document.

Sessions are twice a month. Sessions are up to 60 minutes and they start on time. You are responsible for knowing what time zone you are in and getting yourself to sessions on time.

I will wait for 15 minutes during our scheduled session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a missed session and you will not get that session back.

You are responsible for scheduling your sessions. If you do not schedule both of your sessions every month, they do not roll over into the next month.

Please give me 24 hours or more notice if you need to cancel a session or you will not get that session or a refund back; this is stated in the original contract/liability waiver.

Cancel/RESCHEDULE by going to the confirmation or reminder link you received for that specific session. DO NOT CANCEL/RESHCEDULE BY TEXT UNLESS IT IS A REAL EMERGENCY.

If you have an extenuating circumstances please reach out and let me know what is going on; I understand that things may come up.

During your session, get yourself into a comfortable calm place with no distractions for the duration. Please wait for me to call you.


Sessions take place on the Zoom App so that they may be recorded. After the session you will receive an email with your recording link. You will have two weeks to download keep it. After two weeks, the recording will not be available to you anymore.
